1. Who you are contracting with
SocialSetu is operated by Synapserve Innovations Pvt Ltd, registered at Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace you agree to these terms.
2. What the service does
SocialSetu drafts social media content for your business, runs it through automated compliance checks, routes it to a named person in your organisation for approval, and publishes approved posts to the social accounts you have connected.
3. Approval and responsibility for published content
Nothing is published without an explicit human approval. The person who approves a post is recorded in an audit trail with their name, role, channel and time.
You remain responsible for everything published from your accounts. Our automated compliance checks are an aid, not a legal opinion, and do not constitute legal, medical or financial advice. Content for regulated industries carries automatic disclosures, but you must satisfy yourself that each post meets your professional obligations before approving it.
4. Your accounts and credentials
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential, and for all activity under your workspace. Access to the social platforms you connect is stored so we can publish on your behalf, and you can revoke it at any time from the platform or from your Accounts page.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
- Do not connect accounts you are not authorised to post from.
- Do not attempt to bypass the approval step or the compliance checks.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and outages at the social platforms may interrupt publishing. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. When a post cannot be published, your dashboard shows it, with the reason.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms. On termination, see the Cancellation & Refunds policy for fees already paid, and the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Synapserve Innovations Pvt Ltd arising out of or relating to the service, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for the acts, outages or policy decisions of third-party social platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
